‘Use Millimetres’ is a campaign for millimetres to replace centimetres as the universal, default unit of measurement. Centimetres should be stored away with decimetres. This would avoid all sorts of confusion & chaotics. Everybody would speak the same language, we would have less decimal points and more precision the world over.
